Turkish Coffee Question:?
I use an ibrik, a Turkish coffee maker but I was wondering if that is a technique used to make coffee or do you need a special kind of coffee for it specifically?
I haven't used an ibrik, but I've heard that while any coffee will do you need a very fine grind, finer than for espresso. Ordinary ground coffee won't do. (The traditional coffee to use would be Ethiopian Harar or Yemeni, but that's because that was where coffee was grown near the Middle East.)
