How do I grow Snow Pea sprouts?

I have some snow pea seeds, fresh from the pod.
They are currently soaking in water, which I think is what you're meant to do, but I dont know what to do next. Do I plant them in seed soil, or put them on a tray with damp paper towel, or what?
I want them to be edible sprouts.

Also, do I put them in the dark or in the light? Indoors or outdoors?

ACCUTALLY YOU NEED TO PLANT DRIED SEED , NOT FRESH SEED , AS THEY WILL ROT -- PLANT THEM , BOUT 1\2 INCH DEEP, AND BOUT 2 " APART -- IN BUILDERS SAND, ( YOU CAN GET THE SAND AT HOME DEPOT ETC,)--TO DO THIS, GET A BOX PUT AT LEAST 8 INCHES OF SAND IN IT, KEEP THE SAND MOIST , BUT NOT SOGGY WET, THEY NEED LIGHT TO GROW, -- KEEP THE BOX IN A COOL PLACE , AWAY FROM FREEZING TEMPS, NOT IN A HEATED HOUSE , GARAGE GOOD PLACE WITH A GROW LIGHT ABOVE THEM , WHEN THEY ARE THE HEIGHT YOU WANT SNIP THEM OFF WITH A PAIR OF SCISSORS, GROWING THEM IN PAPER TOWELS IS OK, BUT TAKES MORE CARE TO KEEP THE TOWELS WET, SAND HOLDS MOISTURE LONGER. DONT LET THEM DRY OUT
