Coffee Replacement...?

I am trying to loose weight and am starting to take unhealthy things out of my diet one by one. I am looking for something to replace my half a cup of coffee in the morning cus I am trying to cut out my sugar intake (and I cannot drink coffee without sugar) Anyways, I am use to use that little caffine jump in the morning and im not sure what I can replace it with. I was thinking hot tea but I need sugar in that too. Any suggestions would be great....thanks in advance!!!

Hey, I actually have a better idea...
I use Stevia to replace sugar for certain things. It is not like other sugar substitutes, that are known to cause health problems. It is from the stevia leaf, is very natural and can actually improve health. 1/4 teaspoon of Stevia equals 1 teaspoon of sugar, so you don't have to use as much either. You can find it in health food stores or health sections of some grocery stores. This is of course if you don't care to give up coffee because of the sugar, 'cause I know I couldn't!
