Questions about espresso/latte machines?
I want to be able to make my own lattes, and am registered for the Breville® Cafe-Roma® Espresso/ Cappuccino Machine at Bed Bath & Beyond. First, can I make lattes with this? Second, do I have to get a special machine to grind espresso beans also? If so, where do I find one? Thanks!
Yes, you will be able to make lattes with it. With regard to the grinder, yes, you will need to get a decent burr grinder (don't get any the whirly blade grinders). Most burr grinders are either very expensive or very poor quality. A lot of people who are just starting out with espresso are quite happy with Infinity grinder from Capresso. You can get one from Amazon.
