How many cups of instant coffee per day are ok in your opinion?
I'm a coffee addict. I drink anywhere up to 8 cups of not so strong instant coffee per day. I don't get the jitters or a headache and I sleep like a log for 8 hours every nite. I have switched to the "green" nescafe for more antioxidants. What's your opinion?
I won't drink instant at all. I roast my own beans & have six ways to brew.
The "green" you're talking about is decaf. How are you addicted to bad decaf?
Decaf doesn't mean you get more antioxidants, just less caffeine.
