Why do I always feel sick, hot cold and weak?

I used to feel much better when I was a kid, now I feel really bad, I have headaches everyday, I always feel sick, like hot and cold and really weak.

Like kids at school they like hit each other or something and for some reason why I get hit it seems like it hurts a lot more for me.

I get hurt easily!
I also have trouble breathing.

Have you checked with you doctor lately? You may have a condition, but im not an expert so i wouldnt know.
